Workshop Payment & Cancellation Policy

Each person who views or participates in a Mid-Atlantic AHMA virtual/webinar event (including virtual conference sessions) must register, providing a unique email address, and pay the full/correct amount prior to the webinar event and/or by any posted payment deadline. Registrants may not share their webinar/event log-in link with others, nor allow others who did not register/pay to view/participate with them, nor share with others any link to an event recording that is provided by the instructor or MA-AHMA. To share access to virtual/webinar training with others who did not register/pay constitutes a violation of the terms/conditions of the registration and may result in penalties and additional fees. Registration fees may be refunded less a $50 cancellation charge if a cancellation notice is received in writing via email to info@mid-atlanticahma.org by the posted cancellation deadline or at least 5 business days prior to the event if no cancellation deadline is posted. Non-payment of the registration fee does not cancel your registration and all no-shows are responsible for payment of the full registration fee. No refunds, transfers or invoice forgiveness are provided after the cancellation deadline. Non-payment of fees may result in registration refusal for future events and/or held certificates of attendance (for you and others from your company). All event payments are due at least 5 business days prior to the event; a $50/person late fee may be assessed on late payments. Corrective invoices will be issued for non-members registering/paying at the member rate and the balance due must be paid by the event date or upon receipt of the corrective invoice. It is the registrant's responsibility to notify MA-AHMA (at help@mid-atlanticahma.org) at least 48 hours in advance of an event start if they have not received the necessary log-in link to participate. Anyone completing a registration for another assumes the responsibilty of ensuring that those they register are aware of and understand these terms and conditions. NOTE: These terms/conditions supersede any policy or statement regarding cancellations that may appear on automated webinar confirmations from the instructor or webinar platform (e.g., GoToWebianr, Zoom, etc.).

About Our Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation/payment policy was developed and is uniformly enforced to ensure a fair and impartial process for dealing with cancellations and no-shows. Our cancellation policy is provided at registration, on invoices and in event email reminders. You may always/at any time, identify a substitute to attend in your place an event for which you are registered. Refunds, however, are only provided (less the $50 cancellation fee) when we receive proper and timely written notice per our cancellation policy.
