A block of rooms has been set aside at the Doubletree Hotel/Midlothian-Richmond (conference headquarters hotel) at the special rate of $129++/room. Reservations must be made by individual attendees directly with Hilton Reservations at 1-800-222-TREE, requesting the Mid-Atlantic AHMA group rate and referencing our special code (C-92E). All reservations must be accompanied by a first night’s room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservation cancellations must be received by the Hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged one night’s room + tax. Reservations must be made on/before Saturday, October 17, 2026, (by 5pm EDT) to receive the special rates (Note: Our block will sell out quickly! When we are alerted to a sold-out block, we’ll coordinate with other nearby hotels to arrange additional room blocks at reduced pricing; watch our website for links to over-flow hotels).
