A block of rooms has been set aside at the Doubletree Hotel/Midlothian-Richmond (conference headquarters hotel) at the special rate of $115++/room. Reservations must be made by individual attendees directly with Hilton Reservations at 1-800-222-TREE, requesting the Mid-Atlantic AHMA group rate. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night’s room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservation cancellations must be received by the Hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged one night’s room + tax. Reservations must be made on/before Saturday, October 14, 2023 to receive the special rates (Note: Our block will sell-out quickly! When we are alerted to a sold-out block, we’ll coordinate with other nearby hotels to arrange additional room blocks at reduced pricing).
