Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance will only be provided upon request. Requests should be sent by e-mail to terry@mid-atlanticahma.org after theevent and must include the following information:

  • Name of Attendee
  • Sessions Attended (by session title)
  • E-mail address

Certificates will be held if there is an individual or company level payment delinquency for fees associated with any MA-AHMA event.
