Mid-Atlantic Affordable Housing Management Association
At Mid-Atlantic AHMA we meet the training, advocacy and information needs of owners and managers of affordable multifamily housing communities, as well as the vendors and service professionals who serve and support them. Whether you are an affordable housing developer or property manager… developed with Section 8, 202 or with tax credits… in a city, town, suburb or rural community, Mid-Atlantic AHMA has much to offer to you and your residents.
Founded by owners and managers of government-regulated multifamily housing, members also include government agency staff, vendors, and supporters. We serve Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.
Mid-Atlantic AHMA is part of a national network of AHMAs under the umbrella of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). NAHMA is our ally and advocate in Washington, D.C., making a difference every day with issues affecting our industry.
