For 25 years, the Mid-Atlantic AHMA has hosted a Fall Conference focusing on the important issues to the affordable multifamily rental housing industry and providing clarity and understanding to complex policies, regulations and procedures. This year, our 25th, the ongoing global pandemic prevents us from inviting you to join us in person for this important educational and networking opportunity--at the very time everything seems so much more complex, unclear and uncertain. But, we're committed as ever to fulfilling our mission to provide you with the information, the training and the networking you need to stay in compliance, to be your most confident and your very best. To this end, and with your safety in mind, we have decided to take our conference completely virtual this year AND to expand the number of sessions available.
Our first-ever virtual--also our 25th Annual--Fall Conference will be held on November 16-19th, featuring nearly 30 different sessions presented as live inter-active webinars. Because this event will be completely virtual, we plan to record and have accessible for a limited time, most if not all the sessions. By expanding the number of training days to four (from 2 1/2), we're maximizing the number of sessions you can attend live; by making recordings available, we're further maximizing your access to sessions you wouldn't be able to see if we were conducting this event in the usual in-person classroom style (NOTE: Recordings will only be accessible for sessions offered on the days for which you register). And, finally, as our 25th anniversary gift to all of you, we're including Day 1's sessions FREE to every registrant! Regardless of what attendance type you choose (1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day), we'll include a link for you to attend Day 1's (Nov 16th) sessions.

Registration this year will require that you pre-register for each session you plan to attend live. So, as we continue to build the registration functionality, take a look at the agenda here and start making your session selections. Registrants will receive a registration confirmation, once full payment is received, with the links to the sessions they select at registration. At the end of each conference day, we will share links to the recordings of that day's sessions; these links will be available for a limited time and will only be provided to those who were registered for that day. These links should not be shared and unauthorized usage of the links will result in fees and penalties (usage of the links will be monitored)

Registration/Fee Payment & Cancellation Policy
MA-AHMA Conference Registration/Payment & Cancellation Policy
Each person who registers to attend the conference must provide a unique/individual email address at registration; failure to provide an individual email address may result in the registrant not receiving a registration confirmation and/or important conference information/notices, including access to the session material (which will be provided electronically). Each person who attends the conference or any part of the conference, including the vendor exhibition, any session or meal, must register and pay the full/correct amount by the posted registration/payment deadline. Registrations placed after the posted registration deadline (October 27th), must pay via credit card at the time of registration. Check payments must be received by Mid-Atlantic AHMA by the payment deadline (October 27th) to avoid the late payment fee (payment deadline is the date by which we must receive your payment not a check date or postmark date). Registration fees may be refunded less a $75 cancellation charge if a cancellation notice is received in writing via email to info@mid-atlanticahma.org by the posted cancellation deadline. Non-payment of the registration fee does not cancel your registration and all no-shows are responsible for payment of the full registration fee. No refunds, transfers or invoice forgiveness are provided after the cancellation deadline for any reason. Substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the start of the event; partial substitutions are not permitted. Non-payment of fees may result in registration refusal for future events and/or held certificates of attendance (for you and others from your company). Corrective invoices will be issued for non-members registering/paying at the member rate and the balance due must be paid by the event date or upon receipt of the corrective invoice. Failure to pay the full correct amount by the posted deadline will result in a late payment fee of $50/person being assessed. If registration is handled administratively (not by the registrant/attendee), the person placing the registration is responsible for ensuring that those registered are aware that they were registered and aware of this registration/payment and cancellation policy which is binding and which will be uniformly enforced.
