Sixteenth Annual Mid-Atlantic AHMA VENDOR EXHIBITION

Exhibit space is available free of charge for our paid Associate Members. If you are not, yet, an Associate Member of our organization, or if you need to renew your membership, you may still reserve a table at the Vendor Exhibition! Please reserve your booth early to ensure booth availability—booths sell-out quickly!

For associate members needing to renew their membership the exhibit fee is $450/table. As in the past, this fee grants you associate membership privileges for one year (i.e., membership dues must be paid prior to this year’s vendor exhibition and would be up for renewal prior to the 2018 vendor exhibition).

The exhibit fee for non-members (as of July 1, 2017) & first-time vendors is $550/table. This fee will also grant you associate membership privileges through October 31, 2018, with membership renewal required prior to the 2018 Exhibition.

Vendors will be provided a 6-foot table for tabletop exhibits. Additional fees may apply for power and/or internet access. Vendors who would like to attend the conference, must register separately for the conference and pay the applicable conference fee. In past years over 800 managers and management executives have attended this event!

Vendors shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by Holiday Inn, its owners or managers, which results from any act or omission of Vendor. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from Vendor’s use of the property. Vendor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Vendor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Vendor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel or any part thereof.
