Are meals included in the cost of the conference?
A light luncheon is provided on November 13. Continental breakfast and lunch are provided on November 14. Beverage service only on November 15.
Is there a group-rate available at the conference hotel?

Is there a registration deadline?
Yes. To receive Earlybird rates (members only) you must register by October 1. All others must register by October 22. Click here to register.

Can I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
Certificates of Attendance will only be provided upon request. Requests should be sent by email to email@example.com after the event and must include the following information: Name of Attendee, Sessions Attended (by session title), Email Address

**Registration/ Fee Payment & Cancellation Policy – Early bird rates available for members only; registration and payment must be received by 5p.m. on October 1st to receive early-bird rate. Standard Rates apply for all registrations/payments received after October 1st—no exceptions. Corrective invoices will be issued for any early bird payments received after the early bird deadline. Registration and registration fee payment must be received by the registration deadline (Oct. 22nd). Registration fees refunded less a $75 cancellation charge if the cancellation notice is received in writing via email to email@example.com by Oct. 22nd. Non-payment of the fee by the due date does not cancel the registration. No refunds provided after the registration deadline for any reason; substitutions are allowed at any time prior to the start of the event. Partial substitutions are not allowed; i.e., multi-day registrations may not be divided or shared. All no shows are responsible for payment of the full registration fee. Certificates of attendance will be held until full/correct payment is received. Non-payment of fees may result in registration refusal for future events and held certificates for others registered/attending from the same company. Corrective invoices will be issued to non-members registering/paying at the member rate and the balance due must be paid by the event date. A $50 late payment fee will be assessed on all payments received after the registration deadline.
