Since 1993, the Mid-Atlantic Affordable Housing Management Association has been laser-focused on the “things that matter” to those who own and manage affordable multifamily rental housing communities. This focus is true to our mission to provide the training and information essential to the success of our members and others who own/manage affordable housing communities. During our Fall Conference, this commitment results in an agenda that addresses compliance issues, legal issues, emerging policy issues, mental health/well-being issues, resident issues, and more—with sessions provided by world-class instructors. The event, which annually attracts 650-800+ attendees provides the very best of one-stop “shopping” (or training) for the affordable housing management industry--providing topics/sessions for everyone and every affordable program while also providing valuable opportunities to network with peers and regulatory partners. Not just educational and informational, our conference is also fun! We invite you to join us in November as we continue our tradition of. . . Focusing on the Things that Matter & Ensuring Your Success!
